Mr. Azagury was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer and a director of Insight effective April 13, 2026. He most recently served as a Senior Advisor at TowerBrook Capital Partners L.P., where he advised portfolio companies within the business services sector.

Prior to his time at TowerBrook, Mr. Azagury spent over 29 years at Accenture in a variety of leadership roles. Most recently, he served as the group chief executive for consulting, where he led Accenture’s consulting services line. During his tenure at Accenture, he also served on the global management committee and the executive committee.

Mr. Azagury currently serves as the board chair for EisnerAmper and is a member of the board of directors for Berkeley Research Group.  He also serves on the board of Hillel International.

Mr. Azagury earned his MBA from INSEAD and holds a Master’s degree in Software Engineering from Imperial College London. He is leveraging his extensive global consulting experience and proven leadership in managing large-scale services organizations to drive Insight’s strategic growth.

James Morgado assumed the role of Chief Financial Officer in January 2025. He contributes deep financial knowledge and skills that he has acquired through several leadership roles across the IT industry.

Prior to Insight, Morgado served as vice president of finance at Synopsys, a large enterprise software company. During his four-year tenure, he was responsible for corporate planning, FP&A, treasury, procurement, and supply chain. Previously, he held various finance roles at Juniper and Cisco, gaining critical experience spearheading corporate FP&A, leading a sales finance team, and working with investor relations.

Morgado earned his MBA and bachelor’s degree in business management from Santa Clara University. At Insight, he leads the FP&A and business intelligence teams, investor relations and the sales operations finance team.

Ms. Crump joined Insight in December 2016 as Vice President of Finance, Controller – North America and was appointed accounting officer in September 2018. Ms. Crump is a Certified Public Accountant. She began her career in public accounting in 1997 with Ernst & Young LLP. Ms. Crump has held controller positions with several multinational companies in the software, medical services and semiconductor industries. Prior to joining Insight, Ms. Crump served as the Senior Director Controller, Global Accounting at Amkor Technology, Inc., a semiconductor product packaging and test services provider, from 2006 to 2016.

Karim Adatia assumed the role of general counsel effective April 1, 2026. A 16-year veteran of Insight, he brings an unparalleled depth of institutional knowledge and a comprehensive, trusted understanding of the company's unique business operations and culture. 
 
Karim is a purpose-driven business partner with more than 25 years of diverse experience working on corporate, commercial, mergers and acquisitions, securities, real estate, and intellectual property matters in the United States, Canada, and Asia. He started his legal career practicing law in the corporate and securities groups at law firms in Vancouver, Canada, and Phoenix, Arizona, advising technology companies. 
 
Karim earned his law degree from the University of Victoria in British Columbia, Canada, and his bachelor's degree from Wilfrid Laurier University in Ontario, Canada. He is a U.S.-qualified attorney, after first being qualified to practice in Canada. 
 
Today, Karim leads Insight's global legal and compliance functions, partnering with the business to create successful outcomes, meet ambitious strategic priorities, and manage legal risk. He has been a key contributor to Insight's global expansion and mergers and acquisitions activities, and his focus on leveraging artificial intelligence to transform legal services — while continuously growing Insight's patent and proprietary intellectual property programs — ensures the company remains at the forefront of the industry.

Mr. Gregory joined Insight in 2023 as EMEA President, most recently having held the position of CEO at Atos (North Europe & APAC). With over 27 years of experience in the technology sector, Mr. Gregory previously spent ten years in Executive positions at Atos, including Senior Executive Vice President, Global Head of Financial Services & Insurance, leading the integration of Atos Syntel in India and CEO UK&I. Prior to Atos, he held roles at HP and Fujitsu. Mr. Gregory is focused on helping businesses transform through best use of digital technology.

Ms. Vasin joined Insight in March 2002. She was named Chief Human Resources Officer in February 2022. Prior to that, Ms. Vasin was Senior Vice President, Human Resources from 2019 to 2022. Before joining Insight, Ms. Vasin led the HR team at Calence, a professional services consulting firm. She also worked in the airline industry in a variety of roles, including human resources leadership positions.
